Mack Packaging to sell Mishawaka site

SOUTH BEND – C.B. Richard Ellis/Bradley has announced that it has signed an agreement with Mack Packaging of Chicago to sell or lease property the company owned in Mishawaka.

William Frasch, senior associate broker, is the agent representing Mack Packaging.

He said the 282,275-square-foot plant is currently occupied by Better World Books. The building sits on 21.3 acres of land.

Walmart will put distribution center in Hammond

HAMMOND – Line Logistics Insight Corp. of Warren, Mich., has announced will provide transportation and distribution services for Walmart at 1340 141st St.

Line Logistics has hired 120 people to work as forklift operators and dock and warehouse workers. The company provides warehouse and distribution services for Walmart.
